There are various free and paid programs on the market that allow you to open PSD files, while we cannot guarantee that they will be fully able to handle them.
You will receive our technical support only if you use Adobe Photoshop. Remember that by using other than dedicated software you are taking a risk. To minimize the risk you can try our free mockups.
We recommend not to use a version lower than Adobe Photoshop CS6. It is possible that our mockups will also work properly on lower versions of the program while we cannot guarantee this.
You definitely do not need to be an experienced graphic designer to use our products!
