1. Definitions:
Controller – Adam Magdziński Mockupix Studio, NIP: PL6722096171, REGON: 386128962.
GDPR – Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons concerning the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95/46/EC.
Service – the online service operated by the Controller at address: https://mockupix.com
User – any natural person visiting the Service or using one or more services or functionalities described in the Policy.
2. Data Processing When using the Service, Controller collects data necessary for providing specific services. Below are detailed principles and purposes of processing personal data collected during the User’s use of the Service. Data is always entered by the User and, in most cases, includes name, surname, email address, profile picture, phone number, portfolio details, and IP address.
3. Purposes and Legal Basis for Data Processing Personal data of all Users using the Service (including IP address or other identifiers and information collected via cookies) are processed by Controller:
- To provide services electronically, including making content available, handling User inquiries, and managing User accounts. The legal basis for processing is the necessity for contract execution (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR);
- For analytical and statistical purposes, based on Controller’s legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), which involves analyzing User activity and preferences to improve functionalities and services;
- For potential claim establishment, pursuit, or defense. The legal basis for processing is Controller’s legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in protecting its rights.
User activity in the Service, including personal data, is recorded in system logs (a special software for storing chronological records of system-related events and actions). The collected log information is primarily processed for service provision. Controller also processes it for technical and administrative purposes, ensuring system security and managing it, as well as for analytical and statistical purposes. The legal basis for processing in this regard is Controller’s legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
4. Cookies Controller’s Service uses cookies. Not changing browser settings means consent to their use. These are short text files stored on the User’s device, readable by Controller and third-party systems (e.g., Google). Cookies typically contain the website name, storage duration, and a unique number. More information on cookies can be found at https://allaboutcookies.org.
Cookies do not store personal data or other information collected from Users. The Service uses cookies to identify browser sessions, enabling its functionality. The use of cookies does not allow the collection of any personal or confidential data from the User’s computer.

Controller warns that disabling or restricting cookies may cause difficulties in using the website and limit its functionality.
5. User Data Processing Within the Service, User data is processed by entities cooperating with Controller, which, under the GDPR, must comply with privacy standards similar to those in this Policy.
User data will not be shared outside the European Economic Area or with international organizations.
6. Data Retention Period Controller processes data depending on the service type and processing purpose. As a rule, data is processed for the duration of service provision or until consent is withdrawn or a valid objection is raised, where processing is based on Controller’s legitimate interest.
The processing period may be extended when necessary for claim establishment, pursuit, or defense. After that, data is only retained if required by law. After the retention period, data is irreversibly deleted or anonymized.
7. User Rights The User has the right to:
- Access data, obtain copies, and request rectification,
- Request data deletion,
- Restrict data processing,
- Data portability,
- Object to data processing,
- Lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority – the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw).
If data processing is based on consent, it can be withdrawn anytime by contacting Controller.
The User may object to data processing for marketing purposes if processing is based on Controller’s legitimate interest and, for reasons related to their specific situation, in other cases where processing is based on legitimate interest (e.g., for analytical and statistical purposes).
8. Data Recipients In service provision, personal data will be disclosed to external entities, including IT system providers, marketing agencies (for marketing services), and Administrator-affiliated entities.
With the User’s consent, data may also be shared with other entities for their purposes, including marketing.
Controller reserves the right to disclose selected User information to competent authorities or third parties requesting such information based on a valid legal basis and in accordance with applicable law.
